Para no. 3 of the above referred tender notice stands amended as follows in place of existing entry:

A complete set of document giving details of items to be offered, quantity, consignee details etc. may be obtained

free of cost by any interested eligible bidder between 1000 Hrs to 1300 Hrs and 1430 Hrs to 16:30 Hrs on working days as mentioned above from 05/02/2007 to 06/03/2007, on the submission of a written application to the

Chief General Manager (Proc), HSCC. Document requested by mail will be dispatched by courier on payment of

mailing charge of Rs 200/-. HSCC will not be responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivery of the

document or non-receipt of the same.

Pare no.6 of above referred tender stands deleted.

Interested Bidders may submit their sealed quotations as per above referred tender notice.

The Word “Bid” wherever appearing in the above referred document may please be read as “Sealed quotation”.
