Empanelment of
Healthcare Consultancy Agencies for upcoming projects
HSCC (India) ltd. invites Expression of
Interest (EOI) from agencies having proven experience in conducting Assessment Studies
of Healthcare centers/facilities, developing of Facility Plans as per Indian
Public Health Standards (IPHS) and providing support during the implementation,
to work as associates/consortia partner in upcoming healthcare projects in
Madhya Pradesh and other Indian states.
The interested agencies are required to submit their EOI
along with their profile (name, address, year of establishment, status, etc)
and following documents.
List
of similar assignments completed/in hand consisting of assessment studies
including preparation of facility development plans for healthcare
centers/facilities (PHC, CHC and above level Hospitals) as per IPHS and providing
support during the implementation in last three years, their main role in the
projects, value of consultancy, client name & address.
CVs
of key experts like Healthcare/Hospital, Medical, Health Economist, Management,
Hospital planner, etc. available with the agencies.
Audited
Financial Statement of last three years.
The EOI should reach in the office of Senior Manager
(Economist) to the address mentioned above latest by 02/03/07 up to 3.00PM.
