Notice Inviting Tender for Horticulture Services

 

 

Sealed tenders are invited from the horticulture agencies in or around Noida for the supply of plants and garden maintenance. The last date on submission of tenders is 25/04/2008 02:30 p.m. For forms and other details please visit our website at www.hsccltd.co.in.

B.        Terms & Conditions

 

1.                  All potted plants shall be changed once in a month and fading plants shall be replaced immediately.

 

2.                  Seasonal plants shall be provided throughout the year.

 

3.                  Watering, shining, pesticides, cutting, trimming and oiling of plants shall be done on daily basis.

 

4.                  The quantities will be subject to variation as per requirement from time to time. The rates are inclusive of manpower cost including supervision, material etc.  

 

5.                  The period of contract will be initially for a period of one year.

 

6.                  Name of the gardener with address and contact nos will be provided to HSCC.

 Terms and conditions

 

1.         Rate should be quoted on per plant basis

 

2.         Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, freight etc.

 

3.         The tender should be accompanied by the following:

 

a.         List of other organizations where similar horticulture services are being provided along with documentary evidence.        

 

b.         Copy of Service Tax Registration certificate, if applicable.

 

d.         Rs.500/- as EMD by Demand Draft drawn on Delhi/Noida, favouring “HSCC (India) Ltd”. The EMD is refundable to the unsuccessful tenderers. In case of successful tenderer, the EMD will be retained as Security Deposit till satisfactory completion of the job.

  

4.         The tender should be addressed to the CGM (HRM & Legal), HSCC (India) Ltd, E-6 (A), Sector-1, Noida (U.P)-201301 by the designation only. The work “Tender for Horticulture Services” should be clearly written on the sealed cover containing the tender.

 

5.         All tenders must reach on or before 2.30 PM on 25.04.2008 and will be opened on at 3.00 PM on the same day in the presence of tenderers who wish to be present.

 

6.         HSCC is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tender without assigning any reason thereof.

 

7.         The tender issuing authority reserves the right to make their own suggestion/ additions/ alterations.

 

8.         The period of validity of the tender is six months from the date of opening of the price bid.
